How does Fizola work?

At Fizola we feature products from talented designers, artists, and crafters to provide you with a unique shopping experience. When you purchase a product on Fizola, you are purchasing it directly from the vendor that listed it for sale.

What if I have a question about a product?

If you have a question about a product, there is an “Ask a Question” tab at the bottom of the product page. Complete the form and the message will be sent directly to the vendor that sells that product.

How do payments work?

When you purchase a product on Fizola, you are buying directly from the vendor that listed it. We utilize Stripe connect to process our payments. So when you make a purchase, the payment will go directly to that vendor’s Stripe account.

Do I need an account to make a purchase on Fizola?

You do not have to have an account to make a purchase on Fizola. Registering with Fizola allows you the ability to track orders, leave feedback for a purchase, and develop a wish list.

Do I have to live in the USA to make a purchase?

At the moment, you have to be a resident of the USA to make a purchase.

What if I have a problem with my order?

All sales are made directly between you and and the vendor.  If something goes wrong with your purchase we recommend that you get in touch with the vendor first. You can contact the vendor directly via the contact form that can be found on the product page of the item you purchased or the contact form on their shop page. You can also find their email address in the order email confirmation.

If you still need help, please reach out to our staff by emailing us at hello@fizola.com and we will attempt to get in touch with the vendor as well and try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

In the rare and unfortunate case that you are unable to get in touch with the vendor, we recommend contacting your credit card company to file a charge-back.
