Here are some of the most common questions we get about selling on Fizola. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us.

There’s no charge to open a shop and list your items on Fizola. We do charge a 10% commission on items that you sell through our website.

We utilize Stripe Connect to pay our vendors. So when a customer places an order on our website, you are paid instantly to your Stripe account. You are required to have a Stripe account to sell on Fizola.

Fizola provides a marketplace for home and living products. We also love vintage items. Vintage items must be at least 20 years old.
We are a curated marketplace, which means items are reviewed before they go live on the website. Here’s what we look for before we approve your item:

  • Photo quality
  • Item quality
  • Description
  • Item is not on our prohibited list

Items on Fizola do not expire. They stay listed on the website until they are either sold or you change their status to inactive.

Fizola is open to only sellers in the United States.

There’s no limit to the number of items you can list. We do require your items be unique to other listings in your store and website.
